RETURNS:

Return Policy
Mike's Bikes offers a Shop with Confidence Guarantee on all purchases. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns in a like new condition.

  • Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included (Items returned damaged, used, or without packaging are subject to a restocking fee or a partial refund based on the market value of the returned product).
  • Bicycles may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or receiving (shipping and re-stocking fees may apply).
  • Gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery or receiving.
  • Special orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 
  • All refunds require original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.  
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
  • Shipping and Assembly fees are non-refundable.

Online Returns
Online returns couldn't be easier. Submit your online return request HERE. Online returns follow our standard policy above.

Store Returns
Bring your item with its original product packaging and tags, as well as proof of purchase, to any of our Mike's Bikes locations for a free and easy return or exchange.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Domestic Shipping
We offer free UPS ground shipping for orders above $49 within the contiguous US. If you live outside of the contiguous US or would like to have your order expedited, please contact us directly at info@mikesbikes.com for an accurate shipping quote.

*Some exclusions apply: cargo bikes, tandem bikes, and wire bead tires do not qualify for free shipping due to size. Cannondale, Santa Cruz, Juliana, Gazelle, BMC, and *other bikes ship for FREE, but there will be a $79 Wheelsmith Gold Label Assembly added at checkout for only $79 (reg. $100) to cover the professional bike build and re-packaging by our certified Wheelsmith technicians.

International Shipping
We currently accept international orders from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Wales.

All international orders are shipped via UPS and we currently offer two options: UPS Express Saver (delivery guaranteed in 1 - 3 days) and UPS Expedited (delivery guaranteed in 2 - 5 days). Both options are insured and trackable.

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size and weight.  If this is the case with your order, we will notify you first for your approval.

In-Store Pick Up
Orders requesting in-store pickup will be notified (phone, email, or text) when the item is ready at the location specified. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.  

Backorders
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur on an order with multiple items, we may split the shipment. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.

We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
